Book Your Event
Our standard rate is:
$1,300.00 for the rental of the Martin Tower Ballroom space.
There is a $300.00 deposit for cleaning and damages. The cleaning deposit is forfeited, but if there are no damages to the property, $200.00 will be refunded.
The total allowed capacity is 250 guests.
All rentals require a $600.00 down payment to save the date, with the residual amount paid 10 days before the event. We accept check or money order only. We cannot accept cash.
Cancellation Policy: If your event must be cancelled less than 30 days before the saved date, all payments made to Martin Tower Ballroom to date will be forfeited.
